Vandya Mahesh
Vandya Mahesh was initiated into dance at the age of three under the tutelage of Karnataka Kalashree, Natyacharyas Guru Sri Kiran Subramanyam, and Sandhya Kiran.
She has been passionate about dance ever since.
Following her Guru’s guidance, she has completed her Junior, Senior and Vidwat Poorva exams conducted by the Karnataka board. She is currently pursuing her Vidwat Antima.
In the year 2020, Vandya Mahesh received the prestigious dance scholarship by the Karnataka Sangeeth Nrithya Academy.

Education
At the age of eleven, Vandya made a life-defining decision to pursue dance professionally. With the unwavering support of her parents, she transitioned to homeschooling, allowing her to dedicate focused time to her dance training at Rasika Arts Foundation while simultaneously completing her academic studies through the twelfth grade.
She went on to pursue a triple major in Psychology, English Literature, and Dance at REVA University, further enriching her understanding of the human mind, artistic expression, and movement.
Vandya continues her advanced training at Rasika Arts Foundation, where she is an active participant and a performing member of the Rasika Dance Ensemble.
In addition to her academic and performance pursuits, Vandya is the co-founder of Aikyam Dance Company, a Bangalore-based initiative committed to fostering artistic collaboration, innovation in Indian classical dance, and community engagement through movement.

Performances
Vandya has innumerable notable solo and group performances to her credit. She has performed in groups at various shows, such as Rangoli in 2017, the Jashn Rotary Conference in 2022, the Indo-Asian summit in 2022, the Synergycon Rotary Conference in 2023, Music Academy festivals, Shankara TV channel programmes, and productions in Ravindra Bharathi, Hyderabad, and IIC, Delhi.
